After years of experience managing properties, we have decided to outsource the service due to the good results obtained in the management of claims for our clients. Our policy is to call the insurance company first to cover the problem and the client does not have to pay for it. Outsourcing the service does not allow us to do this as the follow-up is more tedious and there is less commitment on the part of the external mediator. In case of contracting it with us, the results will be optimal since we are directly connected with the companies and experts.

At present, we are not responsible for those policies contracted out to third parties as we have found that they do not give the expected result.
